Blessed New Year to you and your family.
This NEW Year has already brought a lot of changes to America. We have a Majority Republican Congress which can be a good thing, The Constitution for which our Nation governs upon has been read in its entirety for the first time since we became a Nation, and we are mourning the loss of innocent victims and those harmed by an unstable young murderer.
We may not know what the future holds for our Dear Country but one thing I know, God is NOT WEARY and declares the end from the beginning and He Will Bring His Will to Pass.....
Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.....(Isaiah 40:28-31)
Herein is America's Hope.....
For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.....(Romans 8:24-25) Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.....(Hebrews 11:1) For we look for a city whose builder and maker is God not made with human hands....Heaven is our ultimate hope and Jesus is the Way.
Wherefore comfort one another with these reminding words. Amen.
