I was doing dishes by hand although I have a dishwasher but sometimes as you may or may not know the jets of the machine don't always get all the stuck on particles...hehe so I did them by hand and the power of the soap sponge.
So my favorite part of having to do dishes is to sing my favorite Christian songs to the Lord as a sacrifice of praise from our lips...
Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
While growing up in my house when I was younger having to do chores, my mom was always a good singer and dad was very good at whistling so both were musically tuned in their hearts so I and my brother grew up in this environment liking music.
I love all my songs that I put on my ipod over 200 to be specific. So I was listening to a newer song called "You Paid It All" by Wess Morgan which is below and also permanently linked on the right column of my Blog.
I was listening to it again and thinking of the words in the song when he says "...You canceled my past and I want to say "THANK YOU!" " and I felt the sincerity of my heart to say "THANK YOU Jesus!" for doing the same.... and shortly after.... I heard coming out of my mouth was..."Tetelestai"...and it caught me off guard because I didn't remember if this was a good word or not so I intentionally did not ponder the thought.
It was late when I finished the dishes and finally could get to talk to my God in prayer without distraction so after I was done I walked to plug my phone to the charger and pressed play to continue a new song that was on pause I was listening to briefly during washing the dishes.
I plugged the phone in then this pops up on the screen..."TETELESTAI" and I stopped in shock!! What is this?! "TETELESTAI.... IT IS FINISHED!" This is one of my life verses....the video is below. Nowhere on this video link was this word labeled or as it begins was this word showing when I pressed play the only thing that drew me to this video was the animation picture. Then a few seconds into the video there it was!
John 19:30 When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
I was in AWE! The Spirit of God was reminding me and confirmed to me that I did hear Him speak that word, "Son, your sins are forgiven you, it is finished, TETELESTAI, the exact same theme as the brother who sang the first song" and I had to stop and thank Him some more!
Praise God He loves me and He loves you....Bless You All!!
