Today was a day of miracles for me. God had abundantly answered my prayers.
I wanted to help a dear family in our Church who had suffered the recent loss of the Husband and father to help remove some wood from the home carpentry shop he had in the basement and other bulk items which were a hinderance to their moving out schedule.
The youngest son was a blessing to me and my family late last year by helping us recently relocate in town and set up our computer and cable connections, hence, my blogging has been down since that time.
Nevertheless, God is gracious and good. Some amazing miracles surfaced today:
Today I did not eat any breakfast not realizing the intense work ahead but never got hungry! this never happens to me during the work week....I did not even eat lunch in the middle of the labor and still never got hungry nor thirsty....we had more than anticipated debris to remove but never got tired! nor did my shoulder or hip ache which I inherited from too much weightlifting, running and biking in college....I drove the biggest vehicular setup in my life for the first time, a Ford F-150 with a trailer hitch to transport the debris to the landfill....I drove this caravan through heavy red clay thick mud to and through the landfill and never got stuck!....and lastly after sweeping, vacuuming and cleaning the truck and trailer and returning it to our Church parking lot (it may sound funny) but I never needed to use the restroom!....Wow! This was not a typical day!! These may seem like small miracles but they made for BIG ACCOMPLISHMENTS.
The sum of it is this....God ANSWERS prayer and worked THROUGH me and my other brethren today to help that Godly family who needed it and He alone is FAITHFUL!
How about you? I pray that God will provide you a miracle in your life when you need it and is according to His Will and as you are thankful for it is written....but in everything by prayer and supplication with THANKSGIVING let our request be made known unto God (Phillipians 4:6). Amen!
