Judgement Day May 21st??!! Beware of False Prophets!!

You know, I believe that Harold Camping is sincere thinking about Jesus's rapture and God's Judgement day called the Day of the Lord.  He is 89 years old, yet though he has zeal, he has disregarded Jesus's own words in Matthew 24:36....."But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only."  So he nor anyone else on earth should set a date because we can't know only his Father knows!

Listen to Jesus again answering his disciples about his reign in Israel which will occur at his 2nd coming....Acts 1:6-7 "When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power.

Jesus will definitely come for us who believe in him, we may not know the time or the day but we know in what order these events will take place.  

First, in the great catching up of 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 Jesus will descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel and with the trump of God and the dead(in Faith) shall RISE FIRST, then we which are alive and remain shall be CAUGHT UP(raptured) together with them IN THE CLOUDS to meet the Lord IN THE AIR and so shall we ever be with the Lord. So here Jesus is in the air and we go to him.

Second, the tribulation will begin for the last 7 years of the world as we know it and then shall the end come. Here we read...."Then shall the LORD(Jesus) go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle. And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley, and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south....Zechariah 14:3-4,..."And it shall be in that day, that living waters shall go out of Jerusalem; half of them toward the former sea, and half of them toward the hinder sea: in summer and in winter shall it be. And the LORD shall be King over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one...verses 8-9. So here Jesus comes down and will stand with his feet on the earth at the mount of Olives in Jerusalem and become KING of kings and LORD of lords for a thousand years.   


We know God is truth and is not the author of confusion as this wolf in sheep's clothing does by deceiving the simple minded and worst yet being deceived by his own understanding which is not allowed in Proverbs 3:5. Some who believe this falsity are reported to have discussed making agreements about selling some or all of their possessions. What happens when they see that God doesn't come and its May 22nd? They may mock and say...."where is the promise of his coming? Scoffers which could have been prevented by a true testimony to what the Bible really says.

Harold and Satan are to blame for the confusion because the Devil wants to discredit God's truth contained in the Bible. Just as he lied to Eve in the Garden of Eden at the beginning of time....YEA HATH GOD SAID?...Satan plants the seed of doubt but SATAN is a LIAR AND THE FATHER OF IT!  He wants nothing more than to make God out to be a liar which God can not lie...Titus 1:2.

Let us STUDY TO SHOW THYSELF APPROVED UNTO GOD, A WORKMAN THAT NEEDETH NOT TO BE ASHAMED, RIGHTLY DIVIDING THE WORD OF TRUTH....2 Timothy 2:15  Though all this confusion may seem to be a burden, we can see this opportunity as a blessing if people should ask us about the situation and point them in the true direction of God's word. Amen.
